Engberts has developed a customer-optimized solution based on the iCAT cable harness test system. Electrical components of a roof liner are tested for proper installation and function and the material and color of the mechanical components (correct color, foam padding in proper position) are tested in a single step.
The mobile test bench can be used at any location in an existing or planned production line or in storage areas for semi-finished products.
Faulty or wrong components as well as improperly positioned or missing components are detected at the earliest possible stage.
